Standard Delivery Timeframes

• Woven Products & Accessories
  These are carefully prepared and packaged within 6–8 working days from the time your order is placed.
• Wood Studio Furniture
  Each item from our Wood Studio is custom-made to order, which means manufacturing takes approximately 6–8 weeks. This allows us to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.

Delivery Fees

• Free Delivery on all orders over R1400 (within major delivery areas).
• Outlying Areas may incur a surcharge, depending on your location and product type. If applicable, this will be communicated clearly during checkout or once your order is processed.

Courier & Delivery Process

Once your order is ready for dispatch, it will be booked with one of our trusted courier partners.
The courier company will make direct contact with you to arrange delivery times and tracking.
